What I love about SOS is the simple interface and the functionality. It’s easy to train my clients on and it’s my first go to for implementation. If it works for my clients’ workflow, it’s the first product I use. It’s very easy to train on. The support team is outstanding –  very, very quick responses and very thoughtful and well-reasoned answers. So, most of the time I work with my clients and integrate the support’s recommendations or support’s technical expertise with my accounting inventory system management knowledge and so I spend a lot of time talking with the clients. I’ve probably done over 50 implementations, so I’ve seen a lot of different workflows, and a lot of different ways people use them. I just think it’s really clean and really easy to train on so that’s what I really appreciate about it.
